These fun stripy socks are a great way to play with color! The sample uses neutrals with a pop of color, but the socks would also look great with lots of colors.
Finished Measurements
7 (7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 9.25, 9.75)” sock circumference; socks are meant to be worn with about 1” of negative ease
Yarn
Knit Picks Stroll Sock Yarn (75% Fine Superwash Merino, 25% Nylon; 231 yards/50g): C1 Pumpkin, C2 White, C3 Dove Heather, C4 Cobblestone Heather; 1 ball each
Needles
US 1 (2.25mm) DPNs or two 24” circular needles for two circulars technique, or one 32” or longer circular needle for Magic Loop technique, or size to obtain gauge

36 sts and 54 rnds = 4” in Stockinette Stitch in the round, blocked
Notes:
The socks are worked from the cuff down with a peasant heel and rounded toe.
Measurements are given for the finished circumference of the sock. Choose a size with the circumference about an inch smaller than the recipient’s foot circumference.
Directions for the stripes are given both in written instructions and in chart form.
