This pattern is for my Sammy the Sloth and includes detailed instructions for making him. He stands at approx 9” with I Love This Cotton Yarn. It is worked from the bottom up in one piece with the arms, legs, and face sewn on after making the body.

What you’ll Need:
I Love This Cotton yarn (4-medium) in Brown, Ivory, Black, and Taupe
Size E hook (3.5mm)
Tapestry needle for sewing in ends
Scissors
Stitch Marker
Stuffing

Abbreviations:
Ch: chain
BB: back bump
Slst: slip stitch
Sc: single crochet
Scdec: single crochet decrease
Hdc: half double crochet
Dc: double crochet
MC: magic circle
( ): repeat same stitches
