They measure 12”(30 cm) tall from bottom of foot to top of head when using a D hook
Mini measures 8” tall when using a d hook

I recommend it as an Intermediate-advanced pattern. The instructions are detailed and easy to follow if you know the basic stitches and techniques used to make amigurumi. This rooster/chicken pattern requires more patience and knowledge for the wings. Not recommended for a beginner! The PDF file includes pictures to help you along. Written using U.S crochet terms.
