An alternative to double knitting, this potholder takes advantage of an added knit ribbing in the double-seed stitch fabric to create a ‘fold line’ once the fabric is off the loom – which produces a nice thick potholder.

Sample knit was created using 3/8” gauge, but this pattern easily translates to other gauges.
