Measurements
Rough, relaxed measurements of sample ~ piece has a LOT of stretch.
30” (76 cm) around by 14” (36 cm) tall.
When pulled height wise it will stay at 20” (51 cm),
and can be pulled widthwise (over shoulders) to about 45” (115 cm)
Gauge
Gauge is not critical to piece but will affect size and yardage.
Sample gauge approx 7.5 sts by 12.5 rs = 4” (10 cm) square in stockinette

Penelope \p(e)-nelo-pe, pen(e)-lope\ as a girl’s name is pronounced pen-NELL-a-pee. It is of Greek origin, and the meaning of Penelope is “weaver”. From “pene”. Mythology: Penelope, wife of Odysseus, fended off suitors by weaving during the day and unraveling at night a tapestry she said had to be completed before she would wed another husband.
