The textured stitch used for this pattern reminds seed stitch in knitting, I named it “pearl stitch”.
Hat and mitts are crocheted from the bottom up with 2 strands held together – main color (Sport weight) and accompanying (Light fingering). If you prefer to make it in a single color, use one strand of heavy DK or Worsted weight yarn (check your gauge).

Sizes:

Hat fits head circumference 54-57 cm (21”-22.5”), 57-60 cm (22.5-24”)
Mitts fit hand circumference 18-21 cm (7”-8.3”), 21-24 cm (8.3”-9.5”)

Materials Needed:

• 360 yards of Sport weight yarn. Color light-beige.
• Light fingering weight yarn: 360 yards of light-beige, small amounts of light-blue, dark-blue, yellow, terracotta.
• Hooks: 4 mm(G), 4.5 mm
• Tapestry needle and scissors.
