€3,062 in profits from the sale of the Notre-Dame individual pattern between April 16th and 30th, 2019 were donated to the “Collecte Nationale” organized by La Fondation du Patrimoine to help rebuild Notre-Dame, until the end of April.

Evoking both the Rose Windows and the spectacular stonework, the Notre-Dame Shawl is a surprisingly easy shawl to knit—perfect TV or social knitting. Beginning at the center and working outwards, this circular shawl has elements of Elizabeth Zimmermann’s Pi Shawl construction before striking out on its own. Simple twisted stitches, cables, and mesh are provided in chart form only.

Errata (for print copies only): Pages 36-7: Chart Key: Ssk, K2tog, and S2kpo symbols were omitted; they are the same as those used in Running Up That Hill. Chart 4, Rnd 119: S2kpo should be K1-tbl.

• US6/4.0 mm interchangeable circular needle with 16, 24, 32, 40, 48, 60-inch/40, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150 cm cables and 4-inch/11 cm and (optional) 3-inch/8 cm needle points (or size needed to achieve gauge)
