We all need a little nostalgia. Memories that have sweetened overtime, becoming more and more rosy as each day rolls on.

The nostalgia tee borrows the motif from my nostalgia socks, released back in 2021. The motif is simple, memorizable, and lends itself to a range of color stories. It is an ode to friendship bracelets created summer after summer. I hold such nourishing memories from the late afternoons spent making bracelet after bracelet.

The nostalgia tee came to life with the lovely bunting base from Sweet Sparrow Yarns. This bouncy, non-superwash Peruvian wool is ideal for colorwork designs. The non-superwash palette of tonals that Julie has created is a pleasure to play with. I can’t wait to see what combinations you create.

This pattern is foray into colorwork - it features a short and memorizable motif repeated throughout the sweater. All colorwork is charted in the pattern and knitted in the round. Included in this pattern are both short (view A) and 3/4 sleeves (view B) options.
