Norwood
This lightweight drop-shoulder pullover is a perfectly magical blend of interest and wearability. An asymmetrically placed cable panel balances out an otherwise pared back sweater. This is the garment you’ll reach for again and again throughout the year.
The body of this sweater is worked flat in three pieces: Back, Front, and Side Panel. These pieces are sewn together at the seams. The Sleeves are picked up from the underarm and worked in the round from the top down. The neckband is picked up during finishing and worked in the round. Unless otherwise noted, all slipped stitches in this pattern are worked purlwise with yarn held in front of work. This sweater calls for the long-tail tubular cast-on. You can find a tutorial for this cast-on method on our blog.
