Best results will be achieved with the use of approx 200m each of a self-striping yarn like Noro Silk Garden Sock and a matching solid colour. However, this pattern is very versatile so lovely results can also be achieved with one yarn (400m).

Note: Carry yarn along side of scarf as you work to avoid having to cut between yarn changes and as long as you keep it taut (not tight), it will blend in with the work.
