Mini-skeins are popular these days and have been use d in everything from shawls to mitts. This is the “mini” version of Flower Duet, perfect for your favorite accompanist! This skirt is knit in the round, from the waistband to the lace edge. The color work chart uses 1 pack of Lorna’s Laces String Quartets.

19.25 (20.25, 21.25, 22.25, 23.5, 24, 25, 26)”/ 49 (51.5, 54, 56.5, 59.5, 61, 63.5, 66) cm and Length: 11 (12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18)”/ 28 (30.5, 33, 35.5, 38, 40.5, 43, 45.5) cm. Ending Measurement: 28.75 (30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36)”/ 73 (76, 78.5, 81.5, 84, 86.5, 89, 91.5) cm.
Gauge:
30 sts/40 rnds = 4”/10.0 cm in Stockinette Stitch
Yarn:
1 set of Lorna’s Laces String Quartets, shown in Tuba, accompanied by Lorna’s Laces Shepherd Sock, 80% Superwash Merino Wool, 20% Nylon, 430 yards/100 grams, La Regina, 1 (1, 1, 1, 1, 2, 2) skeins
Needles
US 1 ( 2.25 mm) 32”/ 81.5 cm
cir , or size needed to obtain gauge. A spare size US 1 (2.25 mm) circular needle, at least 32”/ 81.5 cm cir needle.
Supplies
Tapestry needle, measuring tape, scissors, stitch marker, 3/4”/2.0 cm elastic 1”/2.5 cm longer than desired waist length, waste yarn for provisional cast on, stitch markers.
