El top Malvarrosa es un top tejido en agujas circulares de abajo a arriba con detalles calados en los laterales y en el escote.
Presentamos 2 ejemplos de hilos con los que se puede tejer este top, por un lado un hilo muy ligero y fresco con el que la prenda final confeccionada pesará muy poco y por otro lado, un algodón DK de color sólido con el que se distingue mejor la trenza, se teje un poco más rápido y podrás encontrar opciones de este grosor de algodón en muchas mercerías. El resultado con ambas opciones es una prenda muy cómoda e ideal para las estaciones más cálidas.

The Malvarrosa top is a fresh top for the summer days at the beach. It is knitted bottom- up with circular needles and has lacy details on the sides and in the neckline The side decorations are symmetric and the front/back necklines are very similar, being the back slightly more open. The knitting is circular, so there are no seams.
We tested the design with 2 different yarns. On one hand, we knit with a fresh and light yarn, which results in a very light garment. On the other hand, a basic DK cotton with solid color, that shows better the texture of the cables, it’s faster to knit and easier to find in any yarn shop. In the materials section there is information about yardage and weight.
The result in both cases is very light and fresh and ideal for warmer seasons.
