Here is a fabulous showstopper of a garment! The jacket has a wonderful curved shape with a stunning cabled edge and is finished off along the lower hem with a 10 cm long fringe. The jacket has positive ease making it a loose fitting and incredible comfortable garment. The sleeves are wide and 3/4 length complimenting the shape of the jacket perfectly.

The Louisianna Jacket is an intricate and interesting knit using short row shaping to create the curved front edges. It incorporates cabling techniques as well as moss stitch and a slightly scary unraveling to create the fringe! the main body of the jacket is knitted all in one with cable edge and fringe at the same time, eliminating the need for side seams!
