This is a textured scarf with a stitch pattern that combines brioche stitches with garter stitch. The gauge is not important. The scarf is rectangular, so you can easily adjust the length and the width.

You can use the yarns recommended in the pattern (wool or wool blend or alpaca in DK weight) or try out something else, for instance, mohair with larger needles. You can make a soft, fluffy wrap, if you wish.
