2-sided cable pattern scarf in 2 versions
Version 1 is slightly smaller in size and easier to knit. After finishing the 7cm wide ribbing, you continue to knit straight in cable pattern.
For Version 2 (Advanced) the pattern sequence ascends in the beginning and descends in the end, which requires a bigger chart.

As a clean edge finish both versions use a separate cable column and the double edge stitch on each side

Note: Yarn alternative
Use a thinner yarn with a yardage of 300m, e.g. Allora hand-dyed by Lana Grossa which is only half the weight and create a lighter scarf!
