Introducing Lenny the Lichen!
This cute woodland creature was inspired by a playful doodle I sketched some time ago. Dressed in a red polka-dotted mushroom hat, cozy overalls, and a cape to fend off the autumn chill,
Lenny enjoys nothing more than snoozing in piles of fallen leaves and splashing in muddy puddles.
Yarn:
Sirdar Snuggly DK
20g Oatmeal (beige)
15g Flamenco (red)
10g Soft Brown (brown)
10g Playing Fields (green)
Scrap amounts of pink yarn for the cheeks. Black embroidery thread.
Needles:
3.5mm Straight needles

Toy stuffing
Tapestry Needle
Two 8mm safety eyes
One 15 mm toggle button

Pfb: Purl in the front and back of the stitch, creating an increase.
YO: Yarn over
Ssk: Slip 1 st, slip the next, then put left needle back into the slipped sts and knit them together, creating a decrease.
