Lausox
These socks are worked from the toe up using the Magic Loop method
and The Unapologetic Knitter’s Ribbon Heel. The socks can be knit
two at a time as the pattern for each sock is identical. In case of using
DPNs, assume that the Front Needle is synonymous with Needles 1 &
2, and that the Back Needle is synonymous with Needles 3 & 4.
The Story:
As a giveaway on my Instagram page I selected a winner named
Katknits. She’s from Hawaii and always posts beautiful images of the
ocean, flowers and plants. I was inspired by her pictures and decided to pay homage by designing a leaf-motif sock. Lau is the Hawaiian word for Leaf - thus, the Lausox. Get it?! A custom colorway has been
designed for these socks as well. These are a delightfully stretchy sock and will accommodate a wide range of foot widths
