This is a summer cardigan with short sleeves, and a small lace design in body. There are only 3 buttons in section above, making it easier to calculate the distance between each buttonhole. Slit each side of lower part improve the fit around hips without complicating execution of that project. You could make it solid as shown here, or with colors (shown on last page) according to your preference or your stash.
You’ll need
Yarn
• Fingering weight yarn (no 1), almost any, about 750(800, 850, 1000, 1085, 1150, 1250, 1400, 1550) yards.
o I used for green: Alyster, from Sac’Amé, 365 meters/100 g, 80% washable merinos-20% nylon, color Eliot.
o For beige: Illimani Sabri, color faon
o For the colored one: Illimani Sabri, Pure Organic from Diamonds and Knit Picks comfy fingering (in fact, it was remaining)
• One circular needle of US4/3.5 mm and 80 cm/32’’
• One circular needle of US2.5/3 mm et 80 cm/32’’
Note: Cardigan can be made with only those 2 needles, but I prefer work my sleeves with:
• Optional: One circular needle of US4/3.5 mm and 40 cm/16’’
• Optional: One circular needle of US2.5/3 mm and 40 cm/16’’
Note 2: You could also use double-pointed needles to make sleeve if you prefer
Gauge (with US4/3.5 mm): 23 sts X 30 rows in stockinet (k 1 row, p1 row, back and forth) for 4’’/10 cm

Une petite veste à manches courtes, avec un petit motif ajouré mais simple dans la section du bas. Seulement 3 boutons dans le haut facilitent le calcul de la distance entre chaque boutonnière. Les fentes améliorent l’ajustement, mais sans compliquer l’exécution. Vous pouvez la faire en couleurs (voir dernière page) ou unie, à votre goût. Note : La veste peut être faite avec ces 2 seules aig circulaires, mais je préfère faire la section des manches avec :
