Knit Your Own Sunshine with me.

This is an ongoing project – happening in real time – to use your stash and yarn leftovers to knit a little sunshine for your home in the form of a bunting (or banner). Knit the colorful triangles from your stash, block them as you go, and when we come out of this challenge together, we’ll join them together to create a cheerful bunting – or a scrappy afghan.

Use the yarn you have - with the appropriate size needles for the yarn. I am using worsted weight yarn and size 6/4mm needles, but you may use whatever you like.

The pattern will be updated weekly with new stitch patterns (simple, mindless and easy to follow) for the next few weeks, maybe months, starting March 26, 2020. When the project is complete it will become an e-book and will be available for purchase, but while it’s underway it’s free to anyone who needs something mindless on their needles or just wants to do something useful with their leftover bits and bobs in their stash while times are tough.
