Indian Lentils: The warm colours of an Indian summer and lentil-shaped eyelets in the pattern have given this scarf its name. It is crocheted in one piece with wavy edges; the scalloped borders along the narrow sides are worked onto the main part later.

Measurements of the shown scarf before washing:
5.9 inches (15 cm) x 57 inches (145 cm)
Measurements after washing and light blocking:
6.3 inches (16 cm) x 69 inches (175 cm)

Very different yarns could be used with a suitably sized hook, which would of course change measurements and weight.
