Sleeveless - but more a blouse than a top.
The model has a special “cut” where the back is wider than the front piece, so you don’t feel undressed over the shoulders and back.

About sizes and how the model is designed …
The model is worked in the round from bottom until armholes, with increases on the sides of the back. Then the rest are worked back and forth. All edges are worked on the finished garment - I-cord bands with purl stitches.
For a perfect fit, a size with 1-2” (0 - 5 cm) more width than your bust circumference, is recommended. The length is about 5 cm below the navel, and is really nice, when you wear the blouse with skirts or trousers. The bottom edge measurement is not hip, but an edge that may rest over your hip.
If you want to change the size you can do it with +/- 8 stitches, divided by 4 on back and 4 on front piece. If you want to change the length, you can change the number of rows between increasing in the side of the back.
