The Finnish word hissunkissun is Savo dialect and it means little by little. This triangle shawl is knit sideways in DK weight yarns. Even though the pattern has been written for three colors, you could always use only one color. The finished shawl has several different texture patterns on it. Nothing too complicated yet fun to knit.

You need 3 skeins (one color each) of any DK weight wool yarn in solid or semi-solid colors (100 g = 225 m / 246 yd). If you choose heavy speckled or variegated yarns, you might not be able to see the texture patterns well.

Color A: 84 – 88 g
Color B: 80 – 84 g
Color C: 72 – 74 g

Finished size:
Wingspan 184 cm / 72.4 inches and height 60 cm / 23.6 inches after blocking
