Heden sweater
Heden is a light weight sweater that you want to wear all the time. It is also super easy to make because it’s mostly worked in stockinette stitch. Increases and decreases are so simple that it suits for beginners too!
First you cast on provisionally the neckline stitches, work the ribbing and then unravel the cast-on edge to fold it. Or sew it afterwards if you want to use the long-tail CO method.
Then work the yoke with easy increases, separate the body and the sleeves and continue with the body.
The sleeves have interesting details: they are decreased rapidly on the top side, and the ribbing continues smoothly to the cuffs.
All the edges are finished with the tubular bind off method (or as established ribbing if you preset that).
