Haustar
‘Haustar’ means ‘autumn’, and this pattern celebrates the colours of the sky, the earth and the falling leaves. The knit and purl stitches of this tunic-length sweater create a beautiful, tactile all-over pattern. Feel free to adjust the length to your own taste.
Method.
The sweater is knitted in the round on circular needles and worked top-down from the neckline. Alternating knit and purl stitches form the neckline pattern. The yoke is divided into three pieces for the two sleeves and the body, which ends in a notch created by knitting short rows.
