Halle Socks
Halle Socks feature a simple stranded colourwork pattern on the leg and down the top of the foot to the toe. The underside of the sock is contrasted in stranded colourwork stripes.
They are worked in the round from the rib cuff down with a slip-stitch heel flap and wedge toe. The toe is closed using Kitchener stitch (grafting).
The main stranded colourwork pattern can be worked from the chart or the written instructions.
The pattern includes instructions for using either double-pointed needles or the magic loop method (a working knowledge of magic loop is assumed).
