Grasshopper Cardigan is a seamless unisex cardigan for kids worked from top to bottom. The body is knit in Stockinette St with Garter zigzag panels on the front, which are shaped on the wrong side of the cardigan. There are zigzags the end of the sleeves too.

12 months (2, 4, 6, 8 years)
To fit chest: 48.5 (51.5, 56, 61, 66) cm / 19 (20.5, 22, 24, 26)“.
Width around chest: 50 (54, 58, 64, 69) cm / 20 (21.5, 23.25, 25.5, 27.5)”.

Yarn
Rozetti Yarns First Class (50g, 115m / 127y, merino / microfiber) or any other DK weight yarn in one colorway. NOTE: it is crucial that you choose yarn that blocks well, as Garter Stitch is tricky to block, that’s why wool and wool blends are preferable.

Approx yardage: 450 (510, 575, 620, 685) m / 500 (560, 630, 680, 750) y.
