GRAND CANYON SWEATER

The Grand Canyon Sweater is a tight fitting, lightweight and stylish sweater with flounce details and ½ length sleeves. It’s perfect for summer evenings or spring/autumn days with low key jeans or to compliment a nice skirt.

The sweater is knit top down and in the round with raglan increases leaving you very few ends to weave in (we love!)

The pattern starts with a fine ribbing neckline followed by stockinette over the body and delicate flounces to give a romantic look. The sweater is quite an easy knit if you are an experienced beginner :-) The pattern comes in seven different sizes; XS to 3XL.

MATERIALS
I have used Mohair by Canard 1 ply and Brushed lace (Silver grey colourways) for this version. The combination of the two gives a soft, squishy feel, gentle to the skin.

Size XS: 75 g Brushed lace, 100 g 1 ply
Size S: 100 g Brushed lace, 150 g 1 ply
Size M: 125 g Brushed lace, 200 g 1 ply
Size L: 125 g Brushed lace, 200 g 1 ply
Size XL: 125 g Brushed lace, 250 g 1 ply
Size 2XL: 150 g Brushed lace, 250 g 1 ply
Size 3XL: 175 g Brushed lace, 300 g 1 ply

NEEDLES
For the pattern I have used 4 mm and 5 mm circular needles and dpns.

MEASUREMENTS
The sweater length can be adjusted to your height and preferences, so you just choose whether you would like a tight fit or a loose fit. Here are the width measures for each size (times 2):
XS: 34 cm
S: 38,5 cm
M. 42,5 cm
L: 46,5 cm
XL: 51 cm
2XL: 55,5 cm
3XL: 59,5 cm
