Golden Plains
A large, cosy shawl knitted in a lofty single ply yarn. It wraps generously around the wearer, providing warmth without weight.
The suggested yarn - Oyster Yarn’s Maven - is a soft and sumptuous blend of merino, yak and silk, making it perfect for next-to-skin wear.
A simple stitch repeat makes for soothing knitting and is easily memorised, suitable for most levels of experience. The border is finished with a sweet eyelet and spine stitch detail and tassels.
This is a written pattern.

The stitch patterns in this pattern are beautifully simple. For this reason, written instructions only, not charts, are included.
An 80cm/32in circular needle should accommodate to total stitch count throughout this pattern, however if you are finding it difficult to manage the increasing stitch count comfortably, you could change to a 100cm/40in circular needle at any stage.
