This shawl is started on the narrow side and is interesting to knit with the varied patterns and stripes and textured bouclé. The pattern sequence is symmetrical, going backwards from the center.The edges are formed with slip stitches. By increasing to the center and then decreasing again, the shawl has a slight crescent curve or banana shape. Small tassels can be pulled in from the remaining yarn on the curved side to give it a bohemian feel. The design was the Advent Calendar/Christmas Countdown Box 2022 Knitalong and there were 3 color combinations for each of the yarns. You can either knit it with the 2 bulky yarns Air Chunky and Caracurl or with double threads of Silky and Buchara Light. The texture will be squishy and warm.
