Gloed
The Gloed top is a classic summer top with a V both in the front and the back. The back V has a slightly lower cut which gives it that bit extra. It’s worked from the top down with a provisional cast-on. All the edges are finished with an I-cord but there’s no need to pick up stitches afterwards, all of them are worked at the same time as the main fabric. The live stitches of the cast on are picked up to work the I-cord straps to the desired length. Because you’re working from the top down, the length can easily be adjusted while working the body and the straps. The straps of sizes 10-18 are a little bit wider to offer more support. This pattern also includes instructions on how to personalise your top and work optional bust darts, jogless stripes or create an a-line body.
The updated pattern for size 10-18 will be launched in september.
