This groovy necklace is a great way to use up leftover yarns while making the little lovelies in your life feel like the princesses they are.

The princess pictured to the left is 4 years old and LOVES the necklaces her aunt made for her. The necklace will fit children up to 12 years old comfortably.

The necklace uses bead knitting with size 6 seed beads, the backwards loop cast-on, short rows, and garter stitch. The closure is made by crocheting a chain loop on one end of the necklace and affixing a button on the other. Piece of cake and oh-so-pretty! Make dozens as gifts or impress all of the other moms when you make these as party favors.
