Giorgi Giraffe
Giorgi the giraffe just has to be your next project. The pattern is very detailed and aswell as the written instructions there are pictures of the process to help too. I consider it to be suitable for reasonably confident crocheters who have some experience with following written patterns.
I was inspired to design Giorgi when I saw a baby giraffe being born online and two years later I have decided to celebrate another giraffe baby by releasing the pattern. This toy will only be about 30cm tall so not quite as big as a giraffe calf!
In order to crochet Giorgi you will need: A 3mm crochet hook (or hook to create a very tight fabric in your tension), DK yarn in 3 colours (plus black), I like to use a pair of 8-9mm safety eyes but you can embroider if you’re handy with a needle, about 40g of toy stuffing and a large eyed needle.
This pattern is in UK crochet notation. If you use a different system you will need to convert the terms.
I am very happy for you to sell the toys you create using our patterns. Please do not sell, share or swap the pattern without permission, though.
