DESCRIPTION
Inspired by a beautiful bed of gardenia flowers the Gardenia Scarf is a lightweight summer scarf featuring an airy subtle floral lace. The the perfect summer accessory! This scarf is worked flat and in one piece with garter stitch edges. Must know how to knit, purl, work single decreases and yarnovers. Will be working garter and lace stitches.
GAUGE
1 lace repeat (16 stitches and 32 rows) is 4.75 cm wide and 11.2 cm tall / 1 7⁄8” wide by 4 3⁄8” tall (unblocked) 7.25 cm wide and 13 cm tall / 2 7⁄8” wide by 5 1⁄8” tall (blocked) –gauge is not critical for a scarf, but can effect quantity of yarn used.
