Sometimes, childhood memories can feel like a whirlwind of sights, sounds, and smells. As we age, we might remember more the feeling of a memory, than the memory itself. The Galloper Beret is an ode to my favorite childhood memories, riding a carousel, listening to the calliope music as the wind whooshes through my hair. The sight of leaping horses, the blinking lights, the smell of carnival food gets me reminiscing in no time. Using knit, knit two togethers and make one stitch, you can create this beautiful beret as an ode to your favorite childhood memory too.
