A knitting pattern for a hand embroidered textured cardigan for baby’s and girls aged 0 - 7 years.
This is a beautiful, floral embroidered cardigan, with trellis stitch detail on the body and stocking/stockinette stitch on the sleeves of the garment. With a round neck and a fully opening button placket at the front.

The cardigan is knitted in DK (light worsted /8 ply) yarn and can be knitted in any variety of yarns as long as the knit tension required for the pattern is achieved. It is a perfect pattern for all seasons as this design works well in wool, cotton, acrylic and blended yarns.

The pattern has instructions for six sizes, with finished chest measurements:
45cm /18.75” - 50cm /19.75” - 55cm/21.75” - 60cm/23.75” - 65cm/25.5” - 70cm/27.5”

The knit tension of a 10cm x 10cm (4’’ x 4’’) square, worked in stocking/stockinette stitch on 4mm (US6) needles should be 22 stitches x 28 rows.
The pattern requires the ability to work from written instructions for the trellis pattern on the body (there is no chart instructions for the trellis pattern).
