You can use most sock or fingerling weight yarns for this design.

Yarn: You can use most sock weight/fingerling weight yarns for this scarf. You need approximately 300 yds / 274 m of sock or fingerling weight yarn to make 1 scarf base.

PLUS for the flowers and leaves you need various colours of sock or fingerling weight yarn. The amounts depend on what colours you are using. You will need to figure that out depending on what you are doing at your end. A great way to use up yarns in your yarn collection or left over yarns.

HOOKS & NOTIONS: B -1 US / 2 – 2.25 mm crochet hook. Yarn needle to sew in ends. Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge. BUTTONS: Need 2 buttons 7/8 “or 22 mm or you can use larger 3/4 “or 23mm.

PATTERN NOTES: Uses US terminology. Pattern is crocheted flat.

Buttons: For the scarf you need 3 buttons to fasten size 20 mm or ¾ inch.

Pattern Essentials: Crocheted in the flat turning at each end of the row.
