Fitted Flip Top Mittens
Are they mittens or are they gloves? This practical hybrid lets fingers out of mittens as you wish. Keep your hands warm & dextrous through the fiercest winter months! Or, just knit the fingerless gloves.
Flip-top mittens are knit in two stages. Knitter makes fingerless gloves, then picks up stitches on the back of each glove, casts on for the palm-side stitches, & knits the mitten tops.
Picking up stitches for the mitten tops make each mitten hand-specific items.
