This is a matching cowl for my Favorite Cable Hat!

The texture of the cowl is very soft, but thick at the same time, cables add wonderful texture and perfect shape. If you got the hat pattern you will see that I suggest to use bigger crochet hook for cowl to make it more elastic and drape beautifully.

Skill level: intermediate

Size and measurements
Toddler (up to 45cm or 18” head circumference)
Child (up to 50cm or 20” head circumference)
Teen/Adult (up to 56cm or 22” head circumference)

Materials
• approx. 360 (480, 600)m or 393 (524, 655)yards of any DK weight or light worsted weight yarn

Suggested yarn: Katia Merino Classic, 100g - 240m/262y, 52% Virgin Wool / 48% Acrylic

• crochet hook 4mm or size needed to obtain gauge

Gauge
16sts and 12rows in BPdc to measure 10x10cm or 4x4in using 4mm hook, or size required to obtain the gauge
