A few years ago, a friend of mine told me she was having “fancy sandwiches” for dinner. All I could picture was a sandwich with a top hat and monocle, and thus the Fancy Sandwich was born. These are fun patterns that can really be customized however you want, and there are 3 sizes to make. The pieces don’t take a lot of yarn either, so it’s a great stash buster. Made with worsted weight yarn, these finished sandwiches measure approximately 7 inches tall for the big one, 6 inches tall for the medium one, and 4½ inches tall for the little one.
