This lovely 3/4 square shawl was designed for the Hands On Knitting Center MKAL using Urth Merino Gradient (approx 880 yds fingering weight). You’ll love the way this shawl sits beautifully over the shoulders without the use of a shawl pin and has wonderful drape. A mixture of lace, eyelets and seed stitch finished off with a delicate ruffle.

Shawl measures 20”/50cm at center back; 20”/50cm at center sides; 40”/100cm overall width; 48”/120cm overall length; and 27”/68cm deep at V-neck opening, after moderate blocking.

Pattern is written using a combination of some written directions and charted instructions, with photos/drawings for some techniques.

If using the suggested yarn, weigh skeins prior to beginning and be sure to do gauge to ensure sufficient quantity of yarn.
