Everyday Sweater
This classic-style top-down sweater can be worn as a separate piece or layered over a long-sleeved top or shirt.
The sweater is knitted from the top down, beginning with a K1, P1, rib neckband. It is knitted mostly in stocking stitch, with rib bands, rib detail along the raglans and side ribbing to create subtle waist shaping.
The neckline is shaped by working short rows. Both the body and sleeve lengths may be adjusted.
This short-sleeved sweater requires average to intermediate knitting skills.
With special thanks to Marian Borges for modelling this sweater.

This sweater is intended to be worn with 5cm (2ins) of positive ease. The rib detail along the side edges allows for some flexibility so if your bust size is in between two sizes then choose the smaller size. For example, if your bust size is 85cm (33½ins) you may wish to make the size 2 without ease rather than the size 3 which will give you 10cm (4ins) of positive ease.
