En Plein Air Cardigan
Inspired by menswear, this cardigan is all about long walks in the woods, autumn mornings or cozy evenings by the fire.
Knitted in one piece from the bottom up, this v-neck cardigan features lots of cables on front and back. Modified drop shoulders give the oversize silhouette feminine touch and help to avoid bulkiness in underarm area. Sleeves are worked in the round from picked up along the armhole stitches. Worked in moss stitch, they are made with contrast colored yarn, which is not just adding the modern edge to this cardigan, but helping to use yarn from your stash.
