Eliza Williams' Wrap
We learn very little of Eliza Williams, the daughter of Colonel Brandon’s first beloved, Elizabeth Williams. We know only that she was left to Brandon’s care as a very small child, and the he did his best for her. The rest, as you may know, is left to our imaginations.
Amanda Grange tells us a little about her imagined future for Eliza Williams in the second half of her book, “Colonel Brandon’s Diary”. (read a snippet on her website). I also love the portrayal of this character in the recent BBC production with script by Andrew Davies. This wrap is inspired by all of these sources, and will hopefully provide great fun for you to knit.
The pattern is CHARTED, has complete written instructions, specific techniques in the footnotes, and photo illustrations of key points in the set up.
Please message if you have any questions or trouble with the pattern, as I’m always happy to provide support.
