My great-grandmother Elina was the first person who knit socks for me, so it seemed fitting to name some socks after her. I hope she would have liked these ones.

Elina Socks are worked with slipped-stitch cables and solid heels, toes, and cuffs. You may need more than 50 g of your main colour unless you choose to reverse the colours on your second sock.

The pattern assumes familiarity with cabling and basic cuff-down sock construction techniques. It will go a lot faster if you know how to work cables without a cable needle - I have not included a tutorial for this in the pattern since there are a number of good ones, such as this one, already available. The cable pattern is currently provided only in charted form.

Four sizes are included:
Small (64 stitches)
Medium (68 stitches)
Large (72 stitches)
Extra Large (76 stitches)

These fit a bit tighter than stockinette socks with the same stitch count.

Thank you so much to my testers!
