This easy-to-follow crochet cowl would be your go-to all year round, with an option for a Low Ponytail
Yarn Notes:
Any #4 Worsted weight yarn can be used.

Yardage - 100 (120, 140, 180) yards

Sizes -
Toddler (S) 19” by 4”
Child (M) 21” by 4”
Teen/Adult Small (L) 22” by 5”
Adult Large (XL) 23”by 5”

The pattern is easily adjustable (length, width). There are complete instructions in the pattern to do so.
