DNA pillow
This pillow cover has a lovely textured pattern that resembles chains or dna-strings.
The cables are challenging at first, but when you have tried it a few times, the pattern is easy to remember and fun to make.
The pillow cover is made in the round and sewn up. You can also add a zipper if your prefer.
The pattern has written instructions and a chart - I have also made a video on my youtube channel for the crossing of the stitches (in danish) that might help you if you have difficulties making the cables.
The pillow insert measures 37 x 37 cm and fits a pillow insert that measures 40 x 40 cm. I have included instructions on how to make different sizes.
Yarn: 5 skeins of Anina from Filcolana - a lovely soft merino super wash.
Hook: 3 mm (or the one that gives gauge)
