Diving in… your stash!
Remember these pretty leftovers? or these 2 skeins that are just a bit too short each for a nice sized shawl? Well, here is an idea!

This is more a recipe than a pattern.
It explains how to achieve this modified triangle shape, and how to make modified garter stripes. Lots of fun!

There is NO purling in this shawl, only knit stitches.

The final shawl is 180cm wide and 50cm deep, and weighs 108g.

You’ll need at least 100g of sock yarn in 2 colors (or more), and circular or double pointed needles. It is important not to work on regular needles or you won’t be able to make the modified garter.

And, best of all, it’s free! ENJOY!

PPS : about bis :

Bis is a prefix or suffix designating the second instance of a thing, thus preceding ter.

It doesn’t mean anything particular in the pattern, it’s just my way of separating normal garter and modified garter.

Vous vous souvenez de ces écheveaux solitaires et un peu trop petits qui traînent dans votre stock? et bien voici une idée pour eux!

Ceci est plus une recette qu’un patron de châle.
Vous trouverez dans les instructions comment réaliser cette forme triangulaire aplatie, et comment faire des rayures en point mousse modifié.

Il n’y a PAS de mailles envers du tout. Que des mailles endroit :)

La taille finale obtenue après blocage est de 180cm par 50cm pour 108g de laine à chaussette.

Vous aurez besoin d’au moins 100g de laine à chaussette en 2 couleurs ou plus, et d’aiguilles circulaires ou à double pointe, sans quoi vous ne pourrez pas faire le point mousse modifié.

Et le mieux dans tout ça c’est qu’il est GRATUIT! Amusez vous bien!
