Cozy Cluster Collection
I am a big fan of hat and scarf sets, and my favorites are infinity scarves. My daughter, though, likes regular scarves, and I know a lot of people really like cowls. I decided to design a whole set so it can be custom made for the person who will wear it. Add in a matching pair of arm warmers, and the set is complete.
This is the Cozy Cluster Collection. It’s definitely one of my favorite hat/scarf designs that I’ve done. I wanted a hat with a pattern that went vertically instead of the normal horizontal pattern, and I’m happy with how this turned out. It’s pretty easy to do, but the pattern makes it so you don’t get bored working on it.
This is a “one size fits most” pattern, but I do talk about how you can change things to adjust the sizes if you need to. I used Lion Brand Vanna’s Choice yarn for the pattern, but any worsted weight yarn will work. Using multiple colors will help the pattern stand out more too, as you can see in the blue and white set. 3 skeins of Vanna yarn is all I needed to make a hat and scarf set. Add in another skein if you want to do the matching arm warmers.
