Conservatory Scarf
Inspired by the great conservatories of Victorian and Edwardian botanical gardens, the leafy training lace pattern on this scarf has the lush, heady feel of rampant vines and Art Nouveau ironwork.
This scarf is worked in two pieces and grafted together at the centre, so the ends will be symmetrical. You can choose a long, drapey scarf (as in the photograph) or a shorter version for a quicker knit. The lace pattern can be worked from charts or written instructions, whichever you prefer.
This pattern is featured in Knit Now magazine, which is available in both print and digital editions. Print editions are available (with worldwide shipping) from MoreMags and digital editions are sold via PocketMags.
