I back engineered a store-bought sweater after seeing so many of this style and thinking…hmmmm..I could Knit that!
I’ve been asked so many times for the pattern that I finally wrote the instructions and schematic. This is more of a recipe than a line-by-line directions kinda pattern. I give you the exact materials, measurements and info on how I created this but you are free to choose almost any yarns you like instead.(Instructions on how to measure gauge and figure out how many stitches to cast on for each section are included.) Close-up views of the embroidery stitches are included with links to a great embroidery site for the optional embellishing. Simple construction and easily adaptable for machine knitting, hand knitting and crochet.
